Thoughts Are Things - Part 33


Normally one is not conscious of the workings of the mind. 
Most actions are performed subconsciously. 

 Therefore to be spiritual and take control of the mind you must develop
introspective powers which will give you insight to 
the working of the mind. 

 Then when this is accomplished
no thought however insignificant will go unnoticed.

Thank you Swami for this wisdom, I understand now how important it is develop insight into the workings of the mind, how important it is to get to know yourself on all levels.   

 Being aware of your thoughts is essential, t
he mind is powerful and 'thoughts are things'.
