  1. I want to see my dreams and know what it is I want. When I go through times of not meditating I find that I get far from peace and stability and closer to stress and being unsettled. When I make space in myself, in my day and meditate, I start to tune in again to who I am being, what I am doing and why I am doing this (in my life). And I start to remember what makes me happy and how to have fun. And iIstart to realize what it is I would like for myself in the future. And I can dream :)
